The small print

Good to know.

A few quick answers before your bike rolls into the workshop.

Are parts included in the prices?

Service prices cover labor unless noted. If your bike needs parts, we’ll explain the options and quote the cost before fitting anything.

Do I need an appointment?

A repair request helps us plan ahead. We’ll confirm availability and the best drop-off time with you.

Can you work on electric bikes?

We handle standard mechanical repairs on many e-bikes. Motor and battery diagnostics depend on the system; include your bike details when you ask.

What if I don’t know what’s wrong?

That’s completely fine. Describe what you hear, feel, or see, and we’ll help identify a sensible next step.
